What is MSS (Manager Self Services)?

In addition to Employee Self Service (ESS), our software also includes Manager Self Service (MSS). Manager Self Service (MSS) makes it possible for HR managers to access the personnel data of employees within the organization via the web portal. Leave requests and expense claims can therefore be approved quickly and easily. The MSS also gives you insight into the digital personnel file of employees and alerts are displayed when tasks need to be performed. In addition, the MSS dashboard gives you insight into the various management reports, such as absenteeism or an occupancy overview.
