Can't add employee as user in ESS/MSS
"I can't add an employee in ESS/MSS as a user, what can I do?"
If you have problems adding an employee in ESS/MSS, your email address may not yet have been entered in the employment under the "Reachability" tab. After this has been added, the employee will automatically become visible in the ESS/MSS Users wizard.
If you have trouble creating a new employee, the document “Checklist for creating a new employee BCS Online” can be found in the Customer Portal > Other files > Manuals. By following the clear instructions you can create a new employee.
