"A new OTP is requested after I have already entered my PIN and OTP, what do I do now?"
Sometimes our system does not recognise your personal PIN code or OTP. A screen will appear asking for a new OTP. If only a new OTP is entered here, as indicated, an error message will appear and the Delta icon will automatically appear.
When this happens, it is best to enter your personal PIN and OTP again. If you receive an error message again, it is best to contact our professional support team. We will be happy to help you.
