I did not receive Delta login details for Contacts

We are sometimes asked, "I was not provided with Delta login details after submitting the Contact Registration Form to BCS, why is that?"

That is correct. We are not authorised to create accounts, or 'users' in Delta. This must be done by the HR or payroll employees within the company itself.

Filling in the 'Contacts' registration form only ensures that our employees are allowed to speak to you when you contact us. If you want help creating new Delta users, you can contact one of our experts, they will walk you through this process step by step.
