Why can't I download any files anymore in Delta?

Do you get the message "The screen is already in use by [....]"?

Usually you will see this message if the screen has not been closed properly. This is possible, for example, because Delta was closed while the screen was still open or because there was a delay in the network while closing the screen.

To solve this, please first close all open screens in Delta. Now go to Administration > Variable Settings > Direct Connection. On the rightmost page, there is a "Remove Lock" button at the bottom left of the page. If you click on this button you can confirm by clicking "Yes". Now you can download files again.
